Mr. Lemmon was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1979, and is also licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is an active member of the Sacramento County Bar Association and the State Bar of California.

Mr. Lemmon's practice includes forming and representing local and national businesses in a counseling and transactional capacity. He also oversees the Firm's real estate transaction practice, its corporate transaction practice and its estate planning and probate practice. Mr. Lemmon serves as the firm's Managing Partner.

Mr. Lemmon is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Sacramento, the largest and oldest Rotary Club in the Sacramento area. He is also a member of the Jesuit High School of Sacramento Board of Trustees, a member of the Anthony M.
