John M. Nolan

John M. Nolan is Managing Shareholder and Litigation Manager of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office and a Shareholder in the Morristown, New Jersey office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Mr. Nolan has been with Jackson Lewis since December 1994.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Mr. Nolan was an Assistant District Attorney in New York and was a senior associate at a large, full service law firm in central New Jersey.

Mr. Nolan is a trial attorney and has tried over 75 jury and non-jury trials to verdict with considerable success.

Mr. Nolan has been repeatedly recognized as a New Jersey Super Lawyer and has been named in The Best Lawyers in America through 2014.

Mr. Nolan received his law degree in 1982 from St. John's University School of Law. Prior to attending St. John's, Mr. Nolan conducted his undergraduate studies at Boston College from which he received a B.A. in Political Science in 1979.

Mr. Nolan is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. He is also admitted to practice in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S District Courts for the District of New Jersey, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

In addition to practicing, Mr. Nolan enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and watching college sporting events.
