Jonas H. Kushner

Jonas H. Kushner is a Florida-licensed attorney. Immediately after completing law school in Miami and passing Florida's bar exam in 2002, he joined Kushner & Kushner, Attorneys. Since that time, he has represented thousands of disabled clients and helped them to obtain Social Security Disability (SSD) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits.

Jonas also represents the sick, injured and disabled in other areas of the law. Specifically, he helps his clients with the following:

· Fighting for private and state disability benefits;

· Automobile crashes;

· Slip and fall accidents; and

· Wrongful death matters

Jonas prides himself on being available to speak with anyone about questions they may have regarding any type of case. If it is a legal matter that he is unwilling or unable to assist with, he happily directs clients to his trusted network of attorney-colleagues. Jonas is a member of the Florida Bar; Federal Middle District; the National Organization of Social Security Claims Representatives (NOSSCR); and the American Association of Justice (AAJ). He was born and raised in South Florida and is an active member in the community.
