Meet Jonathan Halperin, an attorney with a wealth of experience from three decades of trials in both state and federal courts. Mr. Halperin has been in practice for over 30 years, and during that time, he has left his mark on the law through ground-breaking legal actions. He has fought for the rights of victims, pursued many cases that challenged harmful products, and kept true to his focus on personal injury law.

Before he came to Richmond, Mr. Halperin was a Senior and Founding Partner of a boutique litigation law firm in Washington, D.C. He has lectured extensively in the fields of personal injury and trial law. Additionally, he taught federal practice and procedure at The Columbus School of Law for 7 years. He continues to present legal education courses and seminars to attorneys and legal staff for the Virginia Trial Lawyers’ Association. He has also lectured on behalf of the Roscoe Pound Foundation regarding the fundamentals of trial practice.
