Jonathan Hayes Groff

Jonathan Groff is an “AV Preeminent” ® rated attorney, with over three decades experience litigating Personal Injury claims.

From early on, Mr. Groff is involved in the investigation and development of the firm’s cases, as well as settlement negotiations. In litigation, he leads the firm’s litigation practice, including cases involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death and complex liability claims. Mr. Groff has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict and settled countless other injury claims for clients. He is an Eagle Member of The Florida Justice Association; a member of The Florida Bar; the Miami-Dade County Bar Association and the Federal Trial Bar.
