Jordan Jackson

Jordan Jackson is a senior managing associate in Dentons Sirote’s Birmingham, Alabama office, where she is a member of the Health Care practice group. Jordan focuses her practice in the healthcare industry, including healthcare providers, institutions, practices, professionals, and businesses, and its business and legal needs, including federal and state health law regulatory and compliance issues.

In administrative proceedings and filings, Jordan represents clients, including hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician practices, before the Alabama State Health Planning and Development Agency and Certificate of Need Review Board concerning requests for reviewability determinations, Certificate of Need applications, and related contested case proceedings.

Jordan graduated with a JD from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law in the top 4% of her class. She was a research editor for the Cumberland Law Review and a Scholar of Merit in five areas, including Health Care Delivery Systems. She was also a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society and a Judge Abraham Caruthers Fellow legal writing teaching assistant. Jordan earned her BS in biology at the University of Alabama and her Master of Science degree in biotechnology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
