Jose L. Nuñez

Jose Nuñez concentrates his practice in the area of U.S. Federal taxes, international and domestic estate planning and corporate matters. He devotes a large part of his practice to the U.S. Federal tax rules applicable to foreign investors with U.S. businesses and investments, and U.S. investors with businesses and investments abroad. Jose is also quite involved in the formation and operation of domestic and foreign business entities like corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, and in the design and operation of domestic and foreign trusts. He is also experienced in domestic and international estate planning for high net worth U.S. and foreign individuals and qualified to provide U.S. Federal tax advice to foreign individuals considering residing in the U.S. on a temporary or permanent basis and U.S. individuals living abroad. He is fluent in both Spanish and English.
