During his distinguished career, which began in 1967, Joe Swan has tried more than 150 civil and criminal jury trials.
"I believe in giving my clients a straightforward and frank assessment of the complex issues in preparing for and conducting a jury trial. The client needs to understand that there are no winners in protracted litigation and that a quick resolution of a lawsuit is generally in everyone’s best interests. However, there are times when a case needs to proceed to trial, and I am always prepared to do so."
