Board of Directors and legal counsel to King's College, solicitor for Luzerne County Community College for more than 20 years, and Board of Trustees and legal counsel to Wyoming Seminary Preparatory School. Admitted and authorized to practice law in Pennsylvania, New York, England and Whales. A former Assistant District Attorney and previously an adjunct professor for the American Institute of Banking.
