Joseph Nack has been an esteemed member of NACK, RICHARDSON & NACK, P.C. since 1992, bringing with him a wealth of legal experience. Before joining the firm, Joseph served as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Peoria County, Illinois, honing his skills in the intricacies of legal practice. With his principal office located in Galena, Illinois, Joseph is deeply rooted in serving the legal needs of his community.

Born on May 14, 1963, in Indianapolis, Indiana, Joseph embarked on his academic journey by earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Springhill College in Mobile, Alabama, in 1985. He continued his pursuit of legal education, obtaining his Juris Doctorate degree from Creighton University, College of Law in Omaha, Nebraska, in 1988. Throughout his law school tenure, Joseph distinguished himself as a member of the Moot Court team, showcasing his dedication to legal advocacy and excellence.

Admitted to the Illinois State Bar in 1989, Joseph remains an active and esteemed member of the legal community. He is deeply involved in the Jo Daviess County Bar Association and maintains membership in the Illinois State Bar Association, further demonstrating his commitment to professional growth and collaboration within the legal profession.
