Mr. Falasco has extensive trial experience across a range of complex legal matters, focusing on business and real estate litigation, product liability, class actions, and appeals.
Mr. Falasco was the lead appellate counsel who won a reversal and dismissal of a $10 million dollar judgment in a construction litigation matter. He has successfully represented a health insurance company through appeal in connection with claims prosecuted through the Arkansas Insurance Department. He has served as lead trial counsel in putative class actions involving improper mortgage practices and has successfully represented property developers in overcoming contested development plans before local governments. He was part of the trial team that secured a defense verdict for two pesticide manufacturers in a high-profile case brought by farmers alleging crop damage from pesticide drift across multiple Northeast Arkansas counties.
Mr. Falasco also advocates for landowners in litigation involving ingress and egress rights and has secured full-value judgments in numerous condemnation proceedings. He has acted as lead trial counsel for national companies facing claims under franchising laws and deceptive trade practices statutes. In addition, he represents clients before a variety of administrative agencies, including the Arkansas State Medical Board, the State Board of Optometry, the Highway and Transportation Department, the Insurance Department, the Motor Vehicle Commission, and the State Board of Collection Agencies.
His extensive appeal practice has resulted in over 25 published opinions. Some of his representative appeals include:

Prior to joining Quattlebaum, Grooms & Tull PLLC, Mr. Falasco served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lavenski Smith of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the Honorable Annabelle Clinton Imber of the Arkansas Supreme Court.
Mr. Falasco was admitted to practice in Arkansas in 2002 and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit in 2005. He has practiced before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, the Arkansas Supreme Court, the Arkansas Court of Appeals, numerous federal and state trial courts, and many Arkansas administrative agencies.
In addition to his practice, Mr. Falasco has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law where he taught a course in Bioethics. He has been published in the Arkansas Law Review, the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law Review, Jurimetrics: The Journal of Law Science and Technology, and The Arkansas Lawyer.
