Josh joined the firm in 2002 having worked in probate and estate planning. He has expanded his practice in multiple disciplines and is a sought after speaker and lecturer on many of his practice areas.

Mr. Goldis practices in the areas of civil litigation with an emphasis on property and casualty defense and has litigated cases through verdict in both bench and jury trials. In addition, he has litigated cases in the commercial arena, defended trademark infringement claims, workers compensation claims, and is versed on construction defect and lien law.

In addition to his trial practice, Mr. Goldis counsels clients on all aspects of business formation and dissolution. He is also a title agent with The Fund and has been involved in commercial and residential closings. Additionally, he is one of few trial lawyers in the state who is well versed in medical / RAC audit processes.

He is also active in the Pinellas County Trial Lawyers Association where he is serving his second term as treasurer.
