Joshua Panter

Josh Panter is an associate attorney at the Law Office of Blake A. Poole, LLC. Josh attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. While attending the University of Cincinnati College of Law, Josh interned for the Honorable Jerome J. Metz Jr. at the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas. Josh also regularly engaged in pro bono work for the Immigrant & Refugee Law Center by performing legal research and writing pertaining to asylum cases. After law school, Josh joined Gatlin Voelker, PLLC as an associate attorney. At Gatlin Voelker, Josh performed legal work pertaining to a variety of legal matters spanning from illegal searches and seizures in criminal defense cases to violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Josh was born and raised in Gainesville, Georgia. He graduated from Gainesville High School, and he is a member of the Gainesville Jaycees. Josh is married to his wife Brittany. Josh and Brittany met while attending Marshall University where he graduated with a B.A. in Political Science. They have a daughter named Adalaide.

Josh’s practice focuses solely on criminal defense. Josh aggressively defends his clients and their rights with skill and a meticulous attention to the details of each case.
