Joshua Rose

As a trust and estate specialist, Josh represents beneficiaries, trustees, and others in the administration of trusts and estates. Josh is especially recognized for his counsel in guardianship and conservatorship proceedings. Josh understands the delay and expense of a lawsuit, preferring a sensible and problem-solving attitude to unnecessary fights in court. But when litigation is unavoidable, Josh is a committed advocate, from case analysis to trial. Josh’s experience includes will and trust contests; contested probate estates; modifying irrevocable trusts; creditor claims; and disputes regarding power of attorney documents.

Outside the courtroom, Josh assists the everyday family, from the young professional to the business owner, with establishing an estate plan to protect their assets as life unfolds.

Josh is a graduate of the American College of Trusts and Estates Council (ACTEC) Heart of America Fellows Institute. Josh is a member of the Probate and Trust Steering Committee of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL), and regularly volunteers to present and publish on the modern issues of his practice area.
