During his time as a Deputy Attorney General, Julian served as the Section Chief of Casino Prosecutions, making significant contributions to the state's legal landscape. He was also a vital member of the civil RICO and Appellate Sections, as well as the Organized Crime/Special Prosecution and Trial Sections. His dedication and talent were further recognized when he was appointed Acting County Prosecutor of Cumberland County, New Jersey in 1985.
