Justin D. Rodriguez

Justin Rodriguez is a nationally recognized litigation and trial lawyer who frequently handles high-stakes cases for clients such as Intel, BNSF Railway Company, and FedEx Ground. His practice ranges widely over the field of complex business and tort litigation, state Attorney General investigations, insurance litigation, and intellectual property. He has been counsel in cases involving patent infringement, securities fraud, commercial contracts, wrongful death, qui tam and antitrust.

Justin routinely litigates complex cases for Fortune 500 clients throughout the Southwest, including in New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas. Justin has represented companies in some of their most important cases on a variety of complex claims: pharmaceutical products liability claims, consumer class actions, commercial disputes, state attorney general actions and wrongful death. He is an expert legal strategist with the commercial sophistication to know when and how to obtain the best possible results and settlements for his clients.

Justin serves as national litigation counsel for several clients and has tried and arbitrated complex commercial and tort cases throughout the United States. Justin is licensed to practice law before the Supreme Court of the United States, multiple Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, numerous Federal District Courts and the Supreme Courts of New Mexico, Arizona and Texas.

Justin is a native New Mexican and graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law and earned his bachelor's degree from Arizona State University with honors.
