Experience

Justin Spizman is an experienced and recognized DUI Defense, Criminal Defense, and Personal Injury lawyer. He began his legal career over twelve years ago. After serving the citizens of Fulton County as a Prosecutor for two years, he left Government service to fight for those who need it the most. Unlike many other DUI, Criminal and Personal Injury lawyers, Spizman is a trial attorney, and willing to do everything it takes for his clients to receive fair compensation for the injuries they suffer. While a fast and fair resolution is in the best interest of his clients, Spizman recognizes that not all prosecutors are willing to make reasonable offers and not all insurance companies and individuals are willing to take responsibility for the physical, emotional, and financial damage they’ve caused to other people. When they are not willing to do the right thing, Spizman is ready to do everything within his power to meet the expectations and needs of his clients.

When he is not in court, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife, two girls, and his dog Guinness. He also stays active by playing basketball, running, and working out. He enjoys traveling, movies, and writing. He is also a best-selling Author and former recipient of the Georgia Author of the Year Award.
