Kate Feroleto

Attorney Kate Feroleto is a dedicated Buffalo injury lawyer known for her courtroom skill, compassion for her clients, and relentless pursuit of justice. Named a 2026 Best Lawyer, Kate is the current President of the New York State Trial Lawyers Western Region Affiliate and serves as a Dean of the New York State Trial Lawyers Institute. She is also a proud member of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys and co-chair of their women’s caucus.

Kate’s deep understanding of insurance company strategies sets her apart. Having worked at defense firms earlier in her career, she knows how insurers attempt to deny or minimize claims—and she uses that knowledge to her clients’ advantage.

Her practice focuses on truck crashes and catastrophic injury cases. Kate understands that filing a lawsuit can be stressful, and she takes care to ensure her clients feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout the process—all while fighting for the best possible results.

Kate is an alumna of SUNY Buffalo Law School, Canisius College, and the Buffalo Academy of the Sacred Heart. She remains active in the community, having established a scholarship fund at Sacred Heart in honor of her graduating class, and was honored to serve as the school’s 2023 commencement speaker.

Recognized by the New York State Bar Association, Kate has presented at national and state legal conferences and continues to share her expertise with fellow attorneys.

Outside of the courtroom, Kate values time with her husband and their three children. An avid traveler and outdoors enthusiast, she enjoys skiing, swimming, and a variety of family sports activities.
