Kathryn Camerlengo

Kathryn Camerlengo, Associate with Gray•Duffy, LLP, focuses her practice on labor and employment matters, business owners’ liability, professional liability, personal injury and construction defect litigation. She grew up in San Carlos and is a second generation member of the California State Bar and the San Mateo County Bar Association.


Ms. Camerlengo represents both employers and employees in connection with all types of employment-related issues arising under both state and federal laws, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, unfair competition, and trade secret misappropriation. She has experience handling class action wage and hour claims, individual and representative Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) matters, and NLRB charges and complaints. She has successfully litigated and settled multiple cases, in both state and federal court, involving allegations of failure to accommodate disabilities. She also has handled Consumers Legal Remedies Act (CLRA) claims involving the food industry.


Ms. Camerlengo earned her J.D. from Lincoln Law School in San Jose and her B.A. from the University of California at Riverside, where she was a four- year starting scholarship athlete on its D-1 women’s Soccer team.
