Keith Berglund

Keith Berglund is the principal and founder of The Berglund Group, bringing more than 40 years of legal and business expertise to his clients. A graduate of Eastern Illinois University and DePaul University—where he earned his MBA and JD with honors—Mr. Berglund launched his legal career clerking for a federal bankruptcy judge in Chicago and has since served as both advocate and consultant for prominent corporations, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals. His practice spans complex commercial and entertainment matters, litigation, debt restructuring, and international transactions, with significant experience in Europe, the Pacific Rim, and Latin America. Mr. Berglund’s notable clients have included Fortune 100 companies, industry icons in entertainment, and major global financial entities. Licensed in California, Illinois, Texas, and Georgia, he has received top honors including AV Preeminent ratings by Martindale-Hubbell and recognition from Super Lawyers.
