Keith McIlvoy

Keith is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Factors Engineering. He holds a Master’s Degree from the U.S. Army Command and Staff College and received his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law.

He is a retired United States Air Force Officer/Pilot with over twenty-three years of service, including more than 2,800 total flight hours in the F-15C, T-38, T-6, T-37, and T-1 aircraft. His flight time includes over 1,000 hours of instructor time and over 75 combat missions. He has served tours in both Iraq and Afghanistan.

Keith’s practice includes cases involving construction defects, product liability, personal injury, and first party insurance defense litigation. He also has experience in DTPA, premises defects, trucking and auto accidents.

Keith is married to his wife Michelle and they have five children: Zachary, Maddie, Andrew, Emily, and Matthew. Keith enjoys participating in triathlons.
