Having graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy, acquired three U.S. Coast Guard licenses and worked on offshore drilling platforms for more than seven years, Keith Brais brings an uncommon degree of real world experience to his clients’ personal injury and wrongful death claims. Shortly after the verdict was announced in favor of Keith's client, the plaintiff approached him in the courtroom and to his shock complimented him on his trial skills. Keith realized at that moment there were only two sides in a properly vetted personal injury or wrongful death lawsuit; the person injured or a family left behind after the wrongful death of a loved one, who will suffer for the remainder of their lives and, on the opposite side, the entity or person that caused the injury or worse and without regard to righteousness or morality had one of two objectives; pay nothing or as little as possible regardless of fault. Since that trial in 2008, Keith has applied his significant skills to helping the injured or families after a wrongful death.
