Keith Waldman

Keith is a shareholding partner at Selikoff & Cohen PA, where he represents unions and union members in labor and employment matters. He practices primarily in Labor Law - Union and is based in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.

For more than 25 years, Keith has appeared on behalf of unions and union members before the New Jersey Supreme Court, the Public Employment Relations Commission, the Office of Administrative Law, and other state agencies, as well as in TEACHNJ tenure proceedings. His practice includes workplace accommodation and discrimination claims, tenure rights matters, unfair labor practice charges, union representation petitions, tenure charges, and other disciplinary proceedings.

Keith was inducted as a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and is the immediate Past Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section. He has also been listed in Super Lawyers® and Best Lawyers in America® in recognition of his work in labor and employment law.
