Kelly Drohan

Ms. Drohan’ s area of focus is Foreclosure Mediation, Landlord Tenant Court, Municipal Court, Vacant and Abandoned Property and Motion Practice. Her previous work experience in the area of Creditor’s Rights has provided her extensive knowledge of FDCPA rules and regulations. Ms. Drohan is well versed in Real Estate Closings as well as Estate Planning, having handled cases from inception at initial client consultations, to Wills, Revocable Living Trusts and Power of Attorney signings. Ms. Drohan’s experience in the area of Landlord Tenant law includes evictions, habitability defenses, negotiation of new lease terms and discharges of receivers. She also appears in municipal courts representing lenders who have been served with summonses pertaining to the condition of properties both in foreclosure actions, and following Sheriff’s sales. In 2006, Ms. Drohan completed an internship with New Jersey’s 21st Legislative District Office during Senator Tom Kean, Jr.’s Campaign.
