Kevin Biniazan

Kevin Biniazan is a passionate, driven trial lawyer who seeks to provide the best possible representation to his clients. He strongly believes that a trial by jury is the best way to hold large corporations and insurance companies accountable for their negligent actions. And that is why he prepares every case as if it will go to trial. In that process, Kevin looks to innovative research and strategies in many areas including law, communication, social sciences, and beyond to bring new and innovative tactics into the courtroom.

Valued as a thought leader in trial practice and preparation, Kevin has shared his strategies and tactics with trial lawyers across the country including the National Crime Victim Bar Association, National Crime Victim Legal Institute, American Association for Justice, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, and New Jersey Association for Justice.

Kevin graduated cum laude from William & Mary Law School in 2017 but grew up in Tempe, Arizona in a family of first generation immigrants. Kevin traces his ambition to the sacrifices his parents made and this fierce internal drive sets Kevin apart from other attorneys.

Kevin has since dedicated himself to a tireless fight for justice, representing survivors of sexual assault and child sexual abuse as well as defective products, motor vehicle collisions and tractor-trailer collisions. While Kevin's practice is largely focused in Virginia, he also represents clients through our Breit Biniazan office in Phoenix, Arizona.

Kevin is an active member of the American Association for Justice and Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Southeast Virginia.
