About Kevin Gilbert Cooper
is an associate at Wolf Haldenstein. Mr. Cooper has expertise in class actions representing institutional and individual investors who suffered losses due to corporate fraud. He is a member of the Investor Protection, Business Practice and Social Justice practice groups with a focus on securities litigation, business disputes, and federal civil rights litigation.
Mr. Cooper joined Wolf Haldenstein in 2014. Prior to joining the Firm, he interned for the New York Attorney General’s Office of Investor Protection, the New York State Supreme Court Commercial Division, and United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York. While at Brooklyn Law School he also served as Associate Managing Editor for the Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law, a research assistant for former SEC Commissioner Roberta Karmel, and as a Barry L. Zaretsky fellow in Commercial and Bankruptcy Law.

•Filannino-Restifo v. TD Bank, No. 16-2374 (D.N.J.) (7.5 million settlement on behalf of bank customers);
•Represented numerous businesses to favorable recoveries stemming from breach of contract or cybertheft;
•Represented various institutional investors in books and records requests and investigations;
•Assisted multi-national corporate client mitigate risk and respond to third-party discovery requests;
•Challenged an issued governmental bid on behalf of a real estate client through Article 78 proceedings; and
•Provided counsel in numerous transactional litigations in Delaware Chancery Court, California Superior Court, and New York State Supreme Court, where stockholders received therapeutic benefits.
