Kevin J. Mitchell

Attorney Kevin Mitchell is the founder and owner of Mitchell Litigation & Advocacy in Fort Wayne, Indiana. A top-rated trial and appellate attorney, Kevin has nearly two decades of legal experience. After graduating magna cum laude from Ashland University in 2004, Kevin attended Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor cum laude in 2007. An active member of the moot court in law school, he received the Dean Dunmore Moot Court Award, and he graduated Order of Barristers. Kevin is an active member of his legal community, and he graduated from the Indiana State Bar Association’s Leadership Development Academy in 2017.
