Kimberly (“ Kim”) focuses her practice on public and municipal law, emphasizing public finance. Her 15 years of experience include representing municipalities, school districts, community facilities districts, and other special districts as bond counsel and issuer’s counsel. She also provides legal advice on general municipal law, including open meeting law, budget law, local taxes, contracts and procurement law.
