Kimberly Sholomon is an associate in the Firm’s landlord/ tenant division. Kimberly was in-house counsel for a management company in New York City where she oversaw litigation involving hundreds of residential and commercial properties in its large portfolio. While in law school she did a judicial internship in Brooklyn Housing Court in the trial, resolution and HP parts. During her time interning with the court she gained insight into rent stabilization and the procedures of the court system.
