A proud Tri-Citian, Kristi's journey into the legal field commenced as a high school clerk at the very firm where she now serves as a partner. During her time in law school, Kristi's path led her to work for three different law firms in Eastern Washington, opening her eyes to the glaring disparities in power within the justice system. As she delved into the world of prosecuting misdemeanors for two distinct counties during her third year of law school, her deep-seated passion for courtroom advocacy solidified, ultimately leading her back to her roots.

In 2013, Kristi embarked on a collaborative effort with a client and the legislature in Olympia, resulting in the significant revision of landlord obligations concerning the protection of tenants' residence keys.

Recognitions have consistently underscored Kristi's legal prowess and commitment to her field. In 2009, she received the prestigious "Ready to Soar" New Member of the Year award from the Washington State Association for Justice. Her peers selected her for the esteemed "Professionalism Award" in 2018, highlighting her standing within the legal community. Kristi proudly boasts an "A-Rating" from Martindale Hubbell. Notably, she holds the distinction of being a Super Lawyer and held the title of Washington Law & Politics' "Rising Star" from 2012 to 2016. Her collaborative efforts with her client, Dana, culminated in the rewriting of legislation regarding a landlord's responsibility to safeguard their tenant's residence keys. The resultant "Safe Keys Law," codified under RCW 59.18.060(7), stands as a testament to Dana's courageous fight and their collective efforts to enhance the safety of Washington State.

Throughout her distinguished career, Kristi has taken on formidable adversaries, including Fed Ex, Allstate, Mutual of Enumclaw, municipalities, school districts, product manufacturers, doctors, and landlords, championing the rights of injured victims with unwavering commitment.
