Kristopher T. Wilson

Kristopher T. Wilson’s practice focuses on first-party and liability insurance coverage. His insurance coverage work includes toxic tort litigation, construction defect liability, personal and advertising injury liability, automobile liability, marine liability, oil-and-gas liability, and employer’s liability. Kris’ work also includes bad faith claims litigation, defense obligation disputes, insurance fraud investigation, and uninsured/underinsured coverage. Further, he has served as defense counsel for insurers in over 100 commercial and residential property insurance cases resulting from hurricanes, hailstorms, fires, thefts, vandalisms, and other first-party claims.

Kris was born in Pensacola, Florida. He graduated from Louisiana State University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in International Trade and Finance.

Kris received his Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University, where he was the recipient of the Erick Vincent Anderson Memorial Scholarship. Admitted to the Louisiana bar in 1995, he practices before all Louisiana state and federal courts.
