Krystina Butchart

Krystina Butchart is a partner at WSHB's Nevada offices. A skilled and versatile attorney, Krystina adeptly handles all facets of complex civil litigation, including construction litigation, transportation matters, catastrophic injury, and general liability. She is experienced in all phases of litigation, from pleadings to discovery and motion practice.

Krystina honed her skills as a student attorney while working at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law's mediation clinic. There she handled involving civil rights, family law and other emotionally charged matters. She credits this early experience with arming her with tools she brings to her cases today which are successful in case resolution. She was also a member of the prestigious Nevada Law Journal.
