Kyle A. Israel

Kyle Israel has devoted his career to fighting for the rights of people. His areas of focus include wrongful death cases, auto accidents, construction accidents, construction defects, dog bite cases, negligence and other personal injuries, and he is nationally renowned as a lithium toxicity lawyer.

Mr. Israel has written and lectured on construction law issues, presenting seminars in the areas of construction, engineering and negligence. He argued the landmark Arizona construction defect case Lofts at Fillmore v. Reliance before the Arizona Supreme Court, and was the founding Chair of the Construction Law Section of the Maricopa Bar.

Kyle graduated from the Arizona State University College of Law in 1994, and has been admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts in Arizona since then. While in law school, Kyle received the US Law Award for Academic Excellence and was named “Outstanding Advocate.” He also represented the ASU Moot Court team in the finals of the National Trial Advocacy Championships.

Mr. Israel started his career working for several years for a large insurance defense firm. He then, along with Michael Gerity, founded the firm Israel & Gerity, PLLC. The firm is a boutique civil litigation and business firm with a diverse scope of practice.

Over the years, Mr. Israel has tried many cases to verdict, achieving an exceptionally high rate of favorable verdicts. He has handled cases for both defendants and plaintiffs in the areas of construction accidents, dram shop, auto accidents, medical malpractice, assault, animal attacks and more. He has also served as an arbitrator, umpire and mediator in various civil litigation and insurance disputes.

Kyle was anonymously selected by his peers into the first class of Arizona's Finest Lawyers, an organization that seeks to elevate the practice of law and that selected the top 2% of Arizona attorneys meeting their criteria.
