Mr. Martin also served his state as Chairman of the Department of Transportation under Governor Jim Hodges and is a member of the Fourth Circuit Judicial Conference.
Mr. Martin has been repeatedly recognized by his peers for possessing a high degree of legal ability, ethics, and professionalism.
