Lad Kucis

Lad is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Health Law. He provides advice and representation to health sector clients on a wide range of regulatory matters, including all types of college proceedings (i.e. complaints, investigations, discipline, appeals, etc.), hospital privileges disputes, health privacy issues, retirement home/long-term care home operations and matters that fall under the governance of Health Canada and the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.

Another key aspect of his practice is providing advice to clients regarding business initiatives in the health care sector, including the structuring of health care facilities and the delivery of health care services.
