Larry B. Donovan

Larry is a partner with Black McCuskey and focuses on Intellectual Property law with a concentration in the assessing and protecting of technological innovation. Larry’s experience includes assessment of research and development efforts for isolating and protecting patentable subject matter, trade secrets, copyrights and trademarks. He also assists in enforcement of intellectual property rights as well as defending assertions of infringement.

Larry services a geographically diverse base of clients involved in high technology ventures and is particularly active with companies in the areas of digital devices, electronics, telecommunications, light emitting diode applications, mechanical devices and wireless communications.
