Mr. Fouché is an alumnus of the University of South Carolina, where he earned his B.A. in 1998, and Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law, where he received his J.D. in 2001.

With a rich professional background that includes past positions as Director of Loss Prevention at Marriott Corporation from 1983 to 1995 and at Adam's Mark Hotels from 1995 to 1998, Mr. Fouché brings a wealth of experience to his legal practice.
