Laura Cardiff

Laura provides passionate and dedicated representation for clients who find themselves faced with death, financial vulnerability, or capacity concerns. Laura first became interested in estates law while clerking at the Ontario Superior Court in Toronto, where she worked on a variety of estates matters, from routine probate applications to more complex disputes. Since her call to the bar in 2015, Laura has practiced exclusively in the area of estates, trusts and capacity litigation, and has represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court and at mediation. Laura’s clients appreciate her ability to clearly explain the intricacies of the law and their options and to tenaciously pursue the outcome that best meets their individual circumstances.

Laura is a new parent, and when not at work she is often at the park. She also enjoys cycling, and sampling local craft beer.
