Lauren Vogt

Lauren Vogt is an Attorney with Rizio Lipinsky, where she specializes in personal injury and employment law cases throughout California. She is passionate about assisting clients in their time of need, and it shows in the results she has been able to achieve for them.

Over the past three years, Ms. Vogt has been instrumental in gaining large settlements for Rizio Lipinsky’s clients. For instance, she helped secure a large settlement for a client who suffered a severe injury to her knee when she slipped and fell on a wet floor upon entering a prominent Orange County retailer. Lauren also helped obtain a policy limits settlement for the wrongful death of a woman involved in an auto collision while a ride share passenger in Riverside. Ms. Vogt also gained a substantial settlement for three young men who developed severe emotional distress and PTSD after being sexually abused by officials at a church in Orange County.

Lauren has also successfully recovered funds for clients on cases with complex liability issues. Before becoming an attorney, Lauren worked in the legal field for approximately 8 years as a legal secretary, a hearing representative, and a law clerk. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from the California State University of Fullerton. Ms. Vogt received her Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne, graduating Magna Cum Laude.While at the University of La Verne, Ms. Vogt was the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law Business and Ethics and competed and placed in 2 National Moot Court Competitions.
