About Lee D. Goodman, Jr.
Lee Goodman has been a lawyer since 1990. During that time he spent a few years in general practice, then a year in child protection law and a brief stint practicing immigration law. But by far his most satisfying legal work has been in the years since he decided to focus exclusively on Workers’ Compensation law.
Before law school Mr. Goodman worked seasonally in construction. He has also spent many years as a commercial fisherman and a professional writer. He has taught both law and writing at the University of Alaska, and he has two legal-mystery novels in print.
As an under graduate he studied biology at the University of Vermont. He studied law at the University of New Hampshire and later got a master’s degree in creative writing from Bennington College.
