Lee Kenneth Franck

Lee Franck has dedicated his entire career to representing employees and has built a strong record of results in litigation, arbitration, and settlement. He has extensive courtroom experience, serving as lead counsel in more than ten jury trials, and has won multiple trials and arbitrations. Mr. Franck has also negotiated numerous favorable settlements, including recent matters resolving for $1.9 million, $1.4 million, $1.35 million, and $1.25 million. His trial successes include three verdicts exceeding $1 million. Beyond individual cases, Mr. Franck has helped expand employee protections in California through three published Court of Appeal decisions: Blum v. Superior Court, Franklin v. Mondanock Company, and Cook v. USC. His work in Franklin was the first to recognize a wrongful termination claim in violation of public policy under OSHA when an employee reported workplace death threats and attacks, and Cook invalidated a USC arbitration agreement as unconscionable. Mr. Franck has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star (2013–2015) and as a Super Lawyer every year from 2016 through 2026. He earned his J.D. from USC, graduating in the top 10% (Order of the Coif), and served on Law Review. He received an honors degree from the University of Utah. He is also a proud father of two.
