For 30 years, Leo John Jordan has concentrated his practice in insurance coverage disputes representing underwriters and insurance companies in the United States and London markets. Mr. Jordan's practice primarily involves representation of first-party property insurers on commercial claims, but also includes bad faith litigation, arson and fraud cases, UM/UIM lawsuits and insurance coverage issues under property, life, and liability policies as well as Erisa health and accidental death policies.
