Leticia Butler (“Tia”) is a member of our business and employment litigation groups handling individual, class, representative and collective actions. Tia is a civil litigator who has been practicing in State and Federal Courts throughout California since her admission to the Bar in 2007.

Tia has represented individual and entity clients in a wide array of business sectors and is experienced in all stages of litigation, including jury and bench trials, as well as arbitration. She is a driven attorney who prides herself on zealous advocacy tempered with business-minded solutions for her clients.

Tia’s early years of practice were devoted to the handling of employment and consumer class action cases primarily on behalf of Plaintiffs. Since 2010, the focus of her practice has been on the defense of business and employment disputes and employment counseling.

Tia is active in the San Diego legal community and community at large, with a special interest in serving underprivileged and “at risk” youth.
