She focuses on large-scale trademark portfolio management for clients in the gaming, hospitality and entertainment industries. Lindsey also has developed a niche practice advising clients on online and social media advertising compliance strategies, including the development of promotional contests and sweepstakes. An avid poker player, Lindsey brings an intuitive grasp of gaming law and knowledge of Nevada’s legal structures to her practice.

Lindsey manages some of the largest trademark portfolios in Southern Nevada and regularly provides counsel in the development and clearance of new brands.
