Lindsey Houk

Lindsey Houk, originally from North Carolina but now residing in Denver, is a seasoned attorney with a background deeply rooted in both real estate law and a passion for family law. She graduated from Lenoir Rhyne University and earned her law degree from Charlotte School of Law. Lindsey's journey in the legal field commenced with a focus on real estate matters at Shapiro & Ingle. Her experiences encompassed various areas such as foreclosures, real estate titles, bankruptcy, and representing lender's rights in contested hearings, requiring her to traverse the state in advocating for her clients.

Despite her initial emphasis on real estate, Lindsey's heart gravitated towards family law, a sentiment ignited during her involvement in the Self Serve Clinic for Pro Bono while in law school. Early experiences, particularly in assisting families facing dire financial straits, instilled in her a profound understanding of the importance of preserving familial bonds and homes. Presently, Lindsey channels her extensive legal background and compassionate approach into her current practice, guiding clients through the complexities of family law while keeping their individual needs and long-term goals at the forefront.
