In addition to being selected as a Best Lawyer since 2018, Lisa is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and The New York Bar Foundation. Lisa has been selected as a Super Lawyer since 2016, including being selected to the list of Top 50 Women in Metro New York in 2019 and 2020. Lisa is a member of numerous organizations, including the Nassau County Bar Association, Matrimonial and Family Law Committees, the Judiciary Committee, and was a prior member of its Board of Directors (2019-2022); New York State Bar Association, Family Law Section (Treasurer and Co-Chair, Membership Committee), and Section on Women in the Law (Co-Chair Membership Committee), and a prior member of the Young Lawyers Section where she served as Chair from 2013 to 2014; and the New York State Family Law American Inn of Court. Lisa also received numerous awards for both academic and professional excellence.

Lisa received her Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and her Juris Doctor degree, with distinction, from Hofstra University School of Law where she graduated in the top five (5) percentile of her class.
