Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Maldonado worked for a boutique commercial litigation firm handling cases in intellectual property, complex and general litigation. Prior to that, she was an Honors Legal Intern for the Securities and Exchange Commission in the Miami Regional Office.
