I opened The Pinjuh Law Firm, LLC in September 2012, after 15 years of experience in the immigration field, and I am about to celebrate my own firm's 10 year anniversary of this boutique practice. My history in the practice of immigration law began in the DC area at an immigration law firm and later I joined a nationally known firm in Ohio. I have managed and overseen 2-7 attorneys and paralegals over the span of my tenure, focusing on employment petitions both for non-immigrant petitions such as E-1/E-2, H1B, H3, L-1A and L1B, TN, O-1, R-1, P1, P-3 and immigrant petitions both through labor certification (PERM) and through Immigrant petitions such as EB-1 Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researcher and International Transferee, EB-2 National Interest Waiver, Special Religious Worker petitions and Entrepreneur EB5 petitions. I also have extensive knowledge in student visa issues, reinstatement for students, consular processing both non-immigrant and immigrant visas, waivers of inadmissibility, complex family petitions, adjustment of status, citizenship determinations and naturalization cases.

My office has two senior paralegals who have worked at my side for many years, and another remote Paralegal in New York. Our office also has a law clerk and a legal assistant to provide fast and efficient services to our clients. My office has ability to speak Spanish, Arabic, French, Mandarin, and Swahili. I also have Russian, Croation/Serbian, Romanian and Polish translators available for consultations, preparing forms and helping to prepare legal certified translations when requested.
