Lucas N. Roe

Lucas N. Roe is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Real Estate Practice and has extensive experience advising clients in all aspects of real estate law. He provides legal advice and counsel to clients in connection with acquiring, financing, developing, constructing, leasing, and selling real estate nationwide. His experience includes complicated tax-deferred (1031) exchanges, facilitating public-private partnerships, sophisticated condominium structures, alcohol licensing, and work-out situations.

Lucas works closely with clients to develop innovative, practical and cost-effective solutions for complicated transactions. He enjoys helping clients to achieve their business goals.

As a member of the real estate financing team, Lucas has significant experience representing borrowers in connection with financing insured by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Lucas earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School and his B.S., with distinction, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
