She has experience in a full range of commercial litigation matters that involve various subjects, including, but not limited to, breach of contract, labor and employment dispute, franchise violation, trademark infringement, and insurance coverage dispute.
Lucia earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2015, with a Business Law Honors Concentration. While in law school, she served as the Book Review Editor for the Journal of International Business & Law and as Senior Staff for Moot Court Board.
After graduation, she gained extensive litigation experience in two law firms located in New York. Lucia is admitted to practice before New Jersey and New York State Courts, District Court for the Southern District of New York, and District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Lucia has been published in the New Jersey Law Journal.
